The whole process of learning Hypnotic Gaze has been divided into 13 steps or levels, following an Attunement in the start.. (This is the way this thing was taught to me)
Ideally the first 12 steps should take 15 days per step.. But this is subject to devotion and the amount of time invested everyday.. Ideally one should be done with all the 12 steps in 6 months..
The 13th step is the most crucial step and it requires 6 days.. Unlike the first 12 steps that constitute simple physical exercises, the 13th step includes certain spiritual rituals.. And as MY teacher told me, its the 13th step that gives you the power..
But that does'nt mean that you can skip the first 12 steps. You cannot just jump onto the 13th level. The 13th step will do nothing unless your eyes have been physically trained first.
Also a very important thing:
IN the first 2 months (First 4 steps), you cannot take a day off.. If you do, you have to start all over again from the start.. The same applies to the 13th step..
As for the steps 5-12, you can take a day off but not more than that.

If you miss a day on Step 13, do you have to start over again from Step 1, or only from Step 13?
